Write your email address in the appropriate box. Then click on “Forgot your password”? and a new one will be sent to you immediately.

The discount coupon must be entered in the appropriate box immediately after selecting the desired payment method.

To view the orders made so far, access your reserved area and click on “My previous orders”.

– Credit card: we accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), as well as other local payment systems based on the country you are in.

– Paypal

– Bank transfer: the order will be placed in production upon receipt of the payment which could take a few days.

Merolla only collects the minimum personal data necessary for the delivery of the order: name and surname, contacts and address. This data is strictly protected and is not disclosed to third parties.

It is no longer possible to change the shipping address online after placing an order. Please contact us. We will make a change.

The shirts are made manually one by one, so errors are sometimes possible. In this case Merolla takes full responsibility for the resolution at no cost to the customer.

If there is a problem of any kind with your Merolla shirt, consult the information on returns, or if in doubt, do not hesitate to contact customer care who will show you how to proceed.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional costs for taxes or customs duties. The courier will require payment of these amounts upon delivery. The amount due will be calculated on the basis of the laws in force in the country of destination and does not depend in any way on Merolla
